陸惟華；美術評論家、大型國際活動策展人、書畫藝術家，1998年畢業於比利時皇家美術學院；2000年畢業于比利時蒙斯高等美院；2014年獲得美國普林頓大學藝術學博士。現為比利時美術家協會主席，比利時畫院院長、比利時皇家美術家協會顧問、香港國際文化藝術交流聯會主席、世界藝術家聯盟顧問、美國巴拿馬太平洋萬國博覽會（中國）副主席兼評審委員會副主席。

Lu Wei Hua, Art critic, curator of large-scale international events, and artist of calligraphy and painting. Graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Belgium in 1998; Graduated from the Academy-Mons of Fine Arts in Belgium in 2000; In 2014, obtained a title of PhD in Art from Pullinton University in the United States. He’s currently the Chairman of the Belgium Artists Association, President of the Belgium Academy of Painting, Advisor to the Royal Belgium Artists Association, Chairman of the Hong Kong International Cultural and Art Exchange Federation, Advisor to the World Artists Union, Vice Chairman of the Panama Pacific International Exposition (China) in the United States and Vice Chairman of her Jury Committee.
